In 2022 our latest ATAD (autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion) including our advanced treatment concept and our unique Centrox Aerator was started.
The ATAD was already designed for a possible near future plant expansion.
Our new concept takes care about advanced odor treatment, improved dewatering and adapted air supply. The Fuchs Centrox aerator provides for the three core tasks in an ATAD: aeration, mixing and foam control in one machine.
Machines are running fine since then and customer is happy with the performance (Class A biosolids achieved).
