Acquisition of FUCHS

We hereby announce that Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. (Loves Park, IL USA), a market leader in the water and wastewater industry, has acquired FUCHS Enprotec GmbH (Mayen, Germany).

This acquisition strengthens the ability of both FUCHS Enprotec and Aqua-Aerobic Systems to provide product offerings for aeration and mixing and aerobic sludge digestion to their worldwide customers and further enhances a fifty-year history of providing aeration solutions.
