Class A biosolids achieved
Our latest ATAD with the unique Centrox Aerator has been in operation since 2022 and reliably achieves Class A biosolids.
In 2022, our latest ATAD (autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion), including our advanced treatment concept and our unique Centrox Aerator, was commissioned.
The ATAD was already designed for a possible plant expansion in the near future.
Our new concept addresses advanced odor treatment, improved dewatering, and adapted air supply. The FUCHS Centrox aerator provides the three core tasks in an ATAD in one machine: aeration, mixing, and foam control.
The machines have been running well since then, and the customer is satisfied with the performance (Class A biosolids achieved).
