FUCHS OxyStar® Rental Aerators Ensure Temporary Aeration During Refurbishment

During the refurbishment of a wastewater treatment plant, floating FUCHS OxyStar® rental aerators provided reliable temporary aeration.

A temporary aeration solution was required for the three-month refurbishment phase. Two FUCHS OxyStar® aerators of type OS 20, each with a rated output of 15 kW, were installed on floats.
Thanks to the flexible mounting with support rods and guy ropes, the units could be integrated into the existing basin infrastructure. The rental solution enabled demand-based aeration during the construction phase, without requiring the operator to make a permanent investment in additional aeration technology.
