Acquisition of FUCHS

We hereby announce that Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. (Loves Park, IL, USA), a market leader in the water and wastewater industry, has acquired FUCHS Enprotec GmbH (Mayen, Germany).

The acquisition enables FUCHS Enprotec and Aqua-Aerobic Systems to offer their customers worldwide a broader range in the fields of aeration and mixing as well as aerobic sludge stabilisation. Both companies thus build on fifty years of experience with aeration solutions.

The merger helps us to develop our products and our organisation further and to unlock synergies for the benefit of our customers. This transaction thus lays the foundation for the continued success of FUCHS Enprotec.
